What the machine does
The machine holds material in an enclosed hopper, doses a set quantity into each tube position of a loaded tray and indexes the tray through the station. Dosing, conveying and tray movement are coordinated by the electrical control system, giving repeatable fill quantities across every tube in a batch.
Because the filling step is mechanised and isolated, fewer people work in the hazardous area and fill consistency no longer depends on individual operator skill.
