What the machine does
The machine unwinds paper from the reel, applies glue evenly across the sheet, rolls it on a mandrel to the specified wall thickness and cuts each tube to length. Finished tubes are discharged onto a conveyor or collection tray for drying and bundling, so operators handle stacks of tubes instead of single pieces.
Because every tube is formed on the same mandrel with the same tension and glue line, diameter and wall thickness stay consistent from the first shift to the last.
