Fireworks Packaging Line: Wrapping, Labelling, Cartoning and Palletizing

Finished fireworks must be wrapped, labelled, cartoned and palletized to meet transport and retail requirements. A fireworks packaging line turns these end-of-line tasks into one continuous, conveyor-linked process, reducing labour and making sure every carton is packed and marked the same way.

  • Consistent labelling to support your transport classification and documentation
  • Fewer operators handling finished goods
  • Throughput matched to the output of your assembly line

Designed around your product range

Cakes, roman candles, fountains and sparklers come in very different shapes and pack counts. We configure grippers, carton formats and pallet patterns for your SKUs and design the line so changeovers are quick. Labelling content and transport classification remain your responsibility; the line applies the marks you specify.

Frequently asked questions

Can the fireworks packaging line handle multiple product types?

Yes. Format parts and stored settings allow changeover between cakes, candles, fountains and sparkler packs.

Do you supply palletizers as part of the packaging line?

Yes. Robotic and layer palletizers can be added at the end of the line with stretch wrapping.

Can I buy individual packaging machines?

Yes. Modules such as cartoning, labelling or palletizing can be supplied individually and integrated later.

What paper roll sizes does the wrapping (packaging) machine accept?

The main paper feeder of our fireworks wrapping equipment handles wrapping paper rolls up to 500 mm wide and the top and bottom feeders up to 200 mm wide, with a maximum roll diameter of 600 mm and a paper feeding speed of 0–20 m/min.

What are the main technical parameters of the wrapping machine?

Feeder motors are 0.75 kW (main) and 0.37 kW (top/bottom); the PVC mold conveyor is 400 mm wide running at 0–10 m/min and flips molds up to 300 mm long; the cutting unit runs at 0–200 cuts/min; and the steel frame carries a maximum load of 500 kg.
